1. ACCESS AND REGISTRATION TO THIS WEBSITE
You are free to browse most areas of the worldfurniturleonline.com website (“Site”) without registering. However, if you want to place an order, access purchased content, or access certain other parts of the Site, you will need to register.

You must ensure that all the information you provide when you register or place an order is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. If your registration details change, you must edit them in the MY ACCOUNT page. The login details for each registration are for use by a single user only.

2. CONTENT AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE
CSIL provides some content on the Site for free (e.g. samples of reports and articles) and some content that we charge for (e.g. full reports). You can purchase this content at the prices stated on the Site (single-user license). Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

If you wish to use our content in any way not expressly permitted in these Terms below (including, but not limited to making them available via an intranet or extranet or to or via a mobile device), you must first request written permission from CSIL. CSIL may grant or withhold permission for such use at its own discretion.

If CSIL grants you permission for such use, in addition to any other conditions applied, you must attribute the content to CSIL in the following form: “source: © CSIL. All rights reserved.”

2.1 FREE CONTENT
CSIL makes content available for free on the Site including samples and abstracts of reports and articles. Please see below for details of how you are permitted to use this content.

2.11 PERMISSION TO USE FREE CONTENT
You can use the content that we make available for free on the Site for your own reference and use only in connection with your business to view online, download one or more items of it onto the drive of one hardware device, or print one copy of one or a reasonable number of items, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. All other rights in relation to our free content are reserved.

2.2 CONTENT FOR PURCHASE
CSIL offers for purchase may include, but are not limited to, market reports (“Report(s)”) in digital format for download from the Site or by email orders. For details on how you can use this content (“Content(s)”) please see below.

2.21 PERMISSION TO USE PURCHASED CONTENT
When you buy, online or by email, any of our content in digital form (PDF or Excel, Single-user license), what you are buying is the right to use it for your own reference in connection with your business in the following ways only:

  • to get one copy of that digital content in an available electronic format;
  • to store that content in electronic format on the drive of one hardware device;
  • to print out one copy of that digital content;
  • to manipulate any statistical data that is provided with a Report;

provided that you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF PURCHASED CONTENT
When you buy any of our market reports, you are permitted to use them in accordance with the copyright notice included in them, in accordance with copyright laws, and with the purchased license.

You may not use the content in any way not permitted, in particular:

  • You may not offer the content for resale.
  • You may not scan, photocopy, fax, or in any other way reproduce or copy the content.
  • You may not share the content with anybody else (Single-user license).
  • You may not distribute the content whether by electronic mail, over any network or otherwise (Single-user license).
  • You may not upload the content to any database or server (Single-user license).
  • You may not display the content on any website or intranet (Single-user license).


4. PURCHASING CONTENT AND SERVICES THROUGH THIS WEBSITE

4.1 ELIGIBILITY TO PLACE AN ORDER
To be eligible to place an order, online or by email, you must:

  • be placing it on behalf of your business and have the necessary authority to do so;
  • provide the name, address, phone number and contact details of your business in addition to your name, e-mail address and other required information;

The following steps have to take place before a contract is made online between you and CSIL:

You place your order for content on the Site by pressing the ‘Add to cart’ button. Then register and check out selecting your preferred payment method:

  • Credit / Debit card
  • Bank / Wire transfer

You will receive an email confirming your order.

When the order is placed by Credit or Debit Card through this Site the report will be available for immediate download on the MY ACCOUNT page. When the order is placed by Bank /Wire Transfer, the link to download the report(s) will be sent by email once it has been paid for in full. The invoice will follow by email.

4.2 PRICES AND PAYMENT
From CSIL Site you can order the Single-User license of market reports, whose price amount to the list price. Corporate licenses and Multi-user licenses are available upon request. Please contact CSIL sales team for more details on prices and conditions.

The prices for content and services quoted on the Site do not include VAT, any equivalent sales tax or delivery. You will find the total cost of your order, with price, VAT (where applicable), in your ‘Shopping Cart’ before you submit your order.

Subject to credit card authorisation, CSIL takes payment from your credit card once you have entered your payment details and clicked the ‘Check out’ button, or if you are paying by invoice, once you have confirmed your payment details.

For online payments we use a secure system Axerve powered by Banca Sella. You will be redirect to the bank website for proceeding with payment.

5. COPYRIGHT AND LIMITED PERMISSION TO COPY
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and similar rights in the Content and the design of the Site are owned by CSIL. All rights are reserved.

You are permitted to print or download reasonable portions from this material for your personal use only for research purposes. You are not permitted to allow any other person to use or share your username or password, or to allow an unauthorized user to have access to the Content. Any breach or suspected breach of this restriction will result in immediate termination of your access to the Content.

No portion of the Content may be used for any commercial or public use. No portion of the Content may be redistributed or reproduced or stored in or transmitted to any other website, newsgroup, mailing list, or electronic bulletin board, or regularly or systematically stored in electronic or print form, without the prior written permission of CSIL and the payment of a specified fee.

6. CANCELLATION, DISCLAIMER, AND REFUND
You may decline your order, placed online or by email, for any reason before proceeding with payment. Please send us an email to cancel it.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the high quality and accuracy of the Content, CSIL does not make any warranty, express or implied concerning the Content and the Site. CSIL expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability.

In no event will CSIL be liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising directly or indirectly from the use of (or failure to use) or reliance on the Content or the Site, even if CSIL has been advised of the possibility that such damages may arise. CSIL does not guarantee the accuracy, content, timeliness or functionality of the Content or the Site.

6.1 REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature and type of goods supplied by CSIL, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded once a report has been duly delivered.

7. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL
The material appearing on the Site may include sponsored material advertising and other material submitted by parties other than CSIL and the Site will provide links to other sites operated by advertisers and third parties.

It is the responsibility of such advertisers and third parties to ensure that such material and such sites comply with all relevant laws and regulations. To the full extent permissible at law, CSIL disclaims all responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in such material or its failure to comply with the relevant laws or regulations.

If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk. In particular, any personal information you give to a third-party website will be dealt with in line with that third party’s privacy policy, so please ensure that you read their privacy policy before you provide any personal information.

You may link from your own website to the Site, provided: the Site is not loaded into frames on your website and is not otherwise passed off as your own content; and your website or service does not misrepresent its relationship with CSIL or present false information about CSIL. CSIL reserves the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without prior notice.

8. PROTECTED RIGHTS
The name “CSIL”; and logo of “CSIL”; are registered trademarks. You are not permitted to use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce these trademarks or any other trademark or trade name appearing on the Site or in the Content for any reason.

The software which operates the Content, and the Site is proprietary software, and you are not permitted to use it except as expressly allowed under the terms of this agreement. Any other use or purported licensing, modification, enhancement, or interference is strictly prohibited.

9. YOUR/AUTHORIZED USERS USE OF THIS WEBSITE
CSIL encourages your use of the Site and our content and services on the Site. However, we require that your use of the Site is lawful. Consequently, you may not use the Site for any illegal purpose and in particular you will not interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site.

You agree to (i) use your best endeavours to ensure that Authorised Users access and use the content and services that CSIL provides only in accordance with the permitted uses and restrictions of use set out in these Terms, and in accordance with any other applicable provisions contained in these Terms; and (ii) take all reasonable steps within your power to ensure that no person, firm or company other than an Authorised User accesses.

For the avoidance of doubt, acceptance by any Authorised User of the permitted uses and restrictions of use set out in these Terms shall not relieve you of any of your obligations and responsibilities under these Terms.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY
The parties to any contract made under these Terms acknowledge that they or their employees may, in the course of performing their responsibilities under these Terms, be exposed to or acquire non-public information which is proprietary to or confidential to either party or third parties to whom they owe a duty of confidentiality (“Confidential Information”).

The parties agree to hold Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose the same to third parties or to use such Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever other than the provision of content and services to you and Authorised Users as contemplated by these Terms and to advise each of its employees who may be exposed to Confidential Information of their obligations to keep such information confidential. This provision shall survive the termination of any contract made under these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is deemed to have been made in Italy and is governed by Italian law as if it were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Italy, without reference to the choice of law provisions thereof.

Both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts presiding in Milano, Italy.
